While we have a strong focus on reading, writing and number skills, a fundamental aspect of Yates Avenue Public School is the physical, social and emotional development of our students.

At Yates Avenue Public School we provide a safe and nurturing environment where students can build positive relationships. This leads to improved learning outcomes for all of our students.

Postive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) is an evidence-based  provides a framework for the school and its community where together we support the wellbeing of every student.
